Description

Square Fenders – Reliable Marine Fender Solutions

SME produces square fenders by combining resilient rubber with low-friction UHMW-PE. This design provides excellent wear resistance and strong energy absorption. The materials connect through a special vulcanizing process, making the bond stronger and more reliable than mechanical joints.

These boat fenders offer a simple and effective solution for conditions where low shear forces occur. The rubber body adds resilience, while the UHMW-PE face lowers friction and reduces wear during berthing. Customers can select from many standard sizes to match different marine fender solutions and berth requirements.

In addition, square fenders are easy to drill and cut, which supports flexible installation. They work well for jetties, wharves for small craft, mooring pontoons, pile guides on floating structures, and inland waterways.
